Amber at the bar provided excellent service as we unwound with a glass of wine each night after a long day. Housekeeping staff responded to our requests for extra coffee and left the room looking clean and refreshed every day. The Hotel was convenient to the Convention Center

I enjoyed the time I spent there, and Rickey A. and Tiffany were the most helpful and attentive employees. They really make this establishment easy to return to. Kudos to Rickey A. and Tiffany!! Total gems.

The staff and the shuttle service. I meant all three drivers while I was there and they were all very nice and hospitable

The staff was friendly other than check out was at 11 and I had them knocking on my door at 10 asking when I was leaving and the water pressure was not great and the loud noise from the highway was awful but other than that it was a decent stay

Hotel beds are usually lumpy or generally uncomfortable or you have to triple up the pillows to make one. That was not the case here. The bed was VERY comfortable, I slept like a rock. The pillow were exceptional!

Lovely hotel very clean n had cosy beds. Pool lovely after a long day food good and great prices. Staff very helpful and loved the shuttle bus driver so helpful.

The hotel was conveniently located to several downtown attractions. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant located inside the hotel was immaculate.
